Rhonda Griffin is the owner of Rhonda Griffin Art and paints can-
vases and found materials with colorful depictions of her favorite mus-

Arts from Valdosta State University, where she discovered her love for

Cheese sauce
Ingredients
2 cups milk
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
¼ cup grated parmesan or ½ cup grated cheddar or pepper

Directions
Melt butter in a small pot over low heat. Whisk flour into
butter, stirring to combine. Cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes,
then slowly whisk in milk, stirring to avoid lumps. Bring milk
to a boil then turn off heat. Season with salt & pepper. Add
cheese, mixing until melted.
Peanut Butter & Jelly Quesadillas
Ingredients
1 5-inch flour tortilla*
1 Tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
2 tsps jelly or jam
½ tsp butter
Directions
Spread peanut butter and jelly over one half of tortilla. Fold
tortilla in half. Heat small skillet over medium-low heat with
½ teaspoon butter. When butter sizzles, put folded tortilla in
skillet. Cook about 2 minutes per side or until golden.
*You can use any size tortilla that you have, just increase
amount of peanut butter, jelly and butter. You can also
substitute cream cheese for peanut butter and add fruit if
desired.
